James Home Services is pleased to welcome Dan as the new owner of James Home Services Lawn Mowing & Garden Care – Upper Coomera. With a passion for delivering exceptional lawn and garden care, Dan is carrying on the business servicing Upper Coomera, Coomera, Pimpama, Willowvale, Wongawallan, Oxenford, Helensvale, Maudsland, Pacific Pines, and Gaven in the Gold Coast region of South East Queensland, Dan’s service offerings include lawn mowing, gardening and weeding, lawn maintenance, pest and weed control, hedging and pruning, fertilising, tree trimming, green waste and rubbish removal, garden tidy-ups, mulching, turf laying, and complete lawn care.

Originally from Sydney, Dan made the Gold Coast his home in 2005. His career began with six years in concreting before moving into underground tunnelling, where he dedicated two decades to building some of Brisbane’s largest road and rail tunnels. His work history demonstrates his commitment to hard work, precision, and achieving exceptional results—values he now brings to his lawn and garden care business.

The decision to join James Home Services was a natural step for Dan. After years of working away from home in a demanding and travel-intensive role, he sought a career that would allow him to remain closer to his family while building something of his own. When a friend of the previous operator introduced him to the opportunity, Dan seized it as the perfect chance to channel his dedication and skills into running a successful business within his local community.

Dan understands the importance of the “little one percenters” that make a big difference, and he is committed to working locally to help his fellow residents achieve beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces.

Outside of work, Dan is a competitive Muay Thai boxer and a passionate surfer which he will be able to focus more on now that he is based in the local area.
