With 18 years of experience as a chef, working in fine dining restaurants, luxury cruise-lines, and aged care facilities, Francis brings strong communication, organisation, and time management skills to his cleaning business. His chef background has instilled an incredible attention to detail, particularly when it comes to kitchen cleaning, making him highly attentive to his clients’ needs. Outside of his work, Francis is deeply involved in his local Crossfit community. He trains regularly at Crossfit Ocean Grove, where he focuses on weightlifting and strength/conditioning training. The supportive, family-like atmosphere of Crossfit has inspired Francis to bring the same spirit of care and respect into his business.
