Born in Forster, Harold has spent the last 24 years with Woolworths, where his career culminated in a leadership role as Assistant Store Manager. Pia has built her customer service expertise through roles in government, retail, and corporate sectors, with her recent position as a State Customer Service Manager highlighting her ability to adapt and thrive in various professional environments. Their combined experiences have given them a solid foundation for understanding and satisfying their customers’ needs.
Their decision to join James Home Services was influenced by a shared desire for a more equitable work-life balance, and arose at a time that was mutually beneficial for them both to make a change in their life’s path. Motivated by the prospect of personal fulfillment and the goal of professional excellence, Pia and Harold are eager to bring their strong customer service skills to their business.
