Before joining James Home Services, Ian had a long career as a purchasing and inventory manager and served in the Australian Army.
Looking for an opportunity that would allow him to be his own boss, Ian came across the opportunity to become a business owner with James Home Services. Having some experience doing carpet cleaning for himself and friends and family, Ian made the decision to join James’ and open his own business.
James Home Services provides Ian with a flexible work life balance, something that is important to him with his community activities. Ian is the Deputy Captain of his local Rural Fire Services Brigade and is involved with various charities and The Big Red Bash.
Ian loves the interaction with his customers and has built a loyal customer base over the years. He provides excellent customer service, and his standard of work sees him providing Gold Medal Service to all his customers.
