Outside of his business, Balvir is a passionate foodie who loves to explore new restaurants, experiment in the kitchen, and unwind through cooking, writing, or reading. Preparing meals for loved ones is one of his favourite ways to relax and connect.
Running his own business has also helped Balvir make progress on some of his personal goals. “Everyone works differently, but for me, finding a way to maintain a healthy work-life balance is really important,” he says. “Owning this business has given me more control over my schedule and more time for the things that matter.”
