Lawn & Garden Harrington Park

Daniel recently joined James Home Services as a Lawn and Garden franchisee in Harrington Park in Southwest Sydney.

Daniel had a 15 year long career as a baker with Baker’s Delight and has been a franchisee for the past three years. Working long hours with early starts, Daniel decided it was time for a change and established his own lawn and garden run. His decision to do this meant that he was able to have variety in his day, he was able to work outdoors and was more in control of his time.

With a young family, Daniel wanted to spend more time with his wife and children and enjoyed the flexibility that his business gave him. He loves the interaction he has with his customers and enjoys being able to service them to a level that exceeds their expectations.

Daniel had been operating for three years when he saw an advertisement about the James Home Services subscription model. Having previously been a franchisee, he saw this as an opportunity to grow his business and still keep the flexibility and independence that he loved from being his own boss.

His decision to move back into franchising meant that Daniel would be able to work within the proven franchise systems while receiving the marketing support and business coaching that he wanted to be able to scale his existing business. Being able to maintain a work life balance and grow his business at the same time is important to him.
