He and his wife Karen, along with their children Otis and Rosie, moved to the area six years ago and immediately fell in love with the community. The only downside was the daily commute to Sydney for work, a routine that took time away from his family and the lifestyle they cherished.

Before stepping into business ownership, Matthew built a successful career as a State Sales Manager. In that role, he instilled a core belief in his team, one he still stands by today, exceptional customer service is the backbone of every successful business.
