Originally from Tuvalu in the South Pacific, Pese began his career in the Government’s IT department before completing a diploma in New Zealand and relocating to Australia in 2004 on a government scholarship to study Information Technology. Over the past 25 years, he’s gained experience across several sectors—including local government, education, mining, and logistics—developing a wide-ranging skill set and an appreciation for hard work and consistency.
Most recently working in a national logistics company, Pese began to reflect on his long-term goals and made the decision to shift away from traditional employment to pursue business ownership. He was looking for a way to take control of his future, build something for his family, and contribute directly to his local community—leading him to James Home Services.
