After building a successful career in labouring, supervision and management within a large corporate business, James decided it was time for a change. While he gained valuable experience in customer service, planning, problem solving and leading teams, he wanted a career that offered something equally important—more time with his family and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within his local community.
