Meet Lee, the proud owner of the new James Home Services Lawn & Garden business right here in Mordialloc. After years of corporate life, working long hours, and living out of a suitcase, Lee decided it was time to change gears. He wanted to get outdoors, connect with nature, and most importantly, give back to the local community where he lives.
“For me, running my own business is about creating something of my own, taking pride in the service I provide, and building strong relationships with customers in my local community.”
Lee’s background is a bit unique. He is ex-military, having served in the British Army, and he spent 10 years as a Line Manager for Toyota Car Manufacturing. For the last 18 years, he ran his own business here in Australia, training corporate teams and factory staff. What does that mean for your garden? It means he brings a massive amount of professionalism, high standards, and elite organisation to every single job.
Lee is a happy, easy-going person, and genuinely enjoys conversing with people. He is looking forward to sitting down with you, listening to exactly what you want for your lawns and gardens, and making that vision come to life. Whether it’s regular mowing, a total garden clean-up, or ongoing maintenance to make your life easier—he is here to help.
When he’s not transforming gardens, being his own boss lets Lee manage his own time. It means he can finally get back on the tennis court, spend quality time with his partner and his two grown-up boys, and get even more involved in our fantastic Mordialloc community.
