Hi, I’m Hay Nay

I’ve always been someone who enjoys hands-on work and helping people out where I can. In fact, I’ve been lucky enough to have people help me along the way too and that’s something that’s always stuck with me.

Before joining James Home Services, I worked as a Support Worker for about five years. During that time, I helped with community access, personal care, and cleaning. It was really rewarding work and naturally led me into the home services industry, where I could continue making a difference in people’s day-to-day lives.

At some point, I realised I wanted to build something of my own something I could be proud of. That’s what led me to James Home Services. It gave me the opportunity to run my own business, while still having the backing of a trusted brand. One of the best parts about running my own business is having more control over my time. It allows me to create a better balance between work and life that’s important to me.

What excites me most about this journey is being able to run my own business while helping people at the same time.

I like to keep things simple: Be reliable. Be easy to talk to. Do a great job every time.

I genuinely enjoy getting to know my customers and building real relationships. For me, it’s not just about the job it’s about making the whole experience easy, comfortable, and stress-free for you.
