Meet Lara. Lara is our all-things-finance wizz.
You may think we’d struggle for things to say about someone who’s role centres solely around numbers, bookkeeping, accounts and tax… but you couldn’t be more wrong!
Lara is pure sunshine. When she enters a room, she lights it up with her smile, her bubbly personality and her happiness. She’s also amazing at solving any problem we can throw at her, and nothing is ever too hard or too much trouble for her.
Lara is an accountant, and operates her own successful accounting practice. But she is just as much an integral part of our team, as anyone else.
As well as taking care of all the bookkeeping, accounts and tax for James Home Services Australia, Lara also plays a critical role in supporting our business owners.
Every new business owner is offered time with Lara where she can help to set up their accounting software, and teach them how to use it. Lara also provides ongoing support and assistance with tax obligations of our business owners.
Lara makes the tax side of starting a new business, just that little bit less daunting.
Outside of James, Lara lives on a little bit of land with her Partner and their 7 dogs. (You just know anyone with this number of doggos is a good egg!)
