James Home Services has long been known for our ‘Gold Medal Service’. Our company celebrates it’s 30th year in business in Australia this year, and with it, 30 years of delivering Gold Medal Service.
To us, Gold Medal Service is about five core things; integrity, quality of work, privacy and security, proactive communication and being friendly and helpful.
We could go on about what these five things mean to us, but recently, we spotted a post by a customer of one of our business owners into their local Facebook community page… and we think their comments do all the explaining…
The business owner Lynn is referring to in her post is Mark from James Home Services Lawn & Garden Care – Brassall.
Mark is a quiet achiever. He works incredibly hard, but isn’t someone who feels the need to shout about it. In fact, he’ll probably feel a little awkward that we’ve chosen to share this on our blog – but we think this deserves recognition.
When we spoke to Mark after seeing this post, he told us this was no once off. That he, and son Dylan try to help someone out who genuinely needs it, at no cost to the homeowner, at least once a week.
This, is the meaning of Gold Medal Service. This is the meaning of having heart and integrity in what you do.
