Whilst new to the Head Office crew, Ian is no stranger to the James family. Over the last decade-and-a-bit Ian has worn just about all the James hats… from Regional Franchisor, to Lawn & Garden Care franchisee… to now, Business Coach.
Ian is known and respected in our network by all, as a steady character, with a heart of gold and with James running through his veins.
Most recently, Ian owned and grew a Lawn & Garden Care franchise. He operated one of our most highly Google reviewed and rated businesses in the network. He has an incredible ability to build relationships with his clients, and always deliver beyond their expectations. He sold his franchise in search of the next chapter.
Around the same time, we begun to see exciting growth in new business owners joining our network, and we knew we were going to need to grow our Head Office team to support this growth. We reached out to Ian and asked if he might consider becoming a business coach… and here we are.
Ian instantly makes those in his presence feel comfortable and has the ability to make every story interesting. Ian also knows our network, and our businesses inside out and back-to-front, which means, that our business owners lucky enough to have Ian as their business coach benefit from his years of practical experience and in depth understanding of exactly what it takes to make our businesses successful.
Outside of James, Ian is an accomplished vocalist for a band and has numerous interests in gardening, cooking and exploring and trying new things.
