Meet our newest business owner – Thomas

We are excited to welcome Thomas as the new owner of James Home Services Interior Cleaning – Eli Waters. Thomas’ business serves the greater Hervey Bay area of the Fraser Coast in Queensland, providing high-quality interior cleaning services to suburbs including Hervey Bay, Eli Waters, Point Vernon, Pialba, Urraween, Scarness, Urangan, Torquay, Kawungan, Wondunna, Nikenbah, Dundowran, Dundowran Beach, Booral, Craignish, Toogoom, and River Heads.

Thomas’ journey to James Home Services began after moving to the Hervey Bay area. He discovered an opportunity with James Home Services while searching for new business ventures. With 15 years experience running his own driving school and nine years as an Uber driver, Thomas developed strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards—qualities he now brings to his interior cleaning business.

After running his own businesses in the past, Thomas was motivated to join James Home Services to take advantage of a proven system that allows him to focus on service excellence without the need to develop new processes. His desire to grow a standout local business, provide employment opportunities, and offer quality services that customers can rely on are key drivers behind his decision to join the franchise.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys working on classic cars and aquariums, including an outdoor aquarium he built that featured a waterfall. His passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, well-functioning projects extends into his business, where he aims to deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services.
