Marie’s career journey began in her hometown of Nanango, Queensland, where she worked in a family-owned restaurant and motel from the age of 14. Over the years, she advanced to supervisory roles, eventually managing restaurants and function departments in a prominent club in Brisbane. She later gained significant experience managing pubs, cafes, and multiple stores for a leading coffee franchise. Marie’s ability to turn struggling businesses into profitable ventures reflects her commitment to excellence and her strong work ethic.
Marie’s decision to join James Home Services was shaped by her drive for financial independence following a pivotal life event. The James subscription model, with its minimal upfront costs, provided an ideal opportunity for Marie to establish her own business. She has expressed appreciation for the support she has received from the James team and is optimistic about the future of her business.
