Welcome to the newest member of our James Home Services team, Troy, who owns and operates James Home Services Lawn Mowing & Garden Care – Engadine. It is our pleasure to introduce his services to his community in Southern Sydney, including Engadine, Heathcote, Lucas Heights, Yarrawarrah, Loftus, Barden Ridge, Woronora Heights, Woronora, Sutherland, Kirrawee, Gymea, Gymea Bay, Grays Point, Kareela, Jannali, Bonnet Bay, Como, and Oyster Bay.
Troy’s was born in Greenacre and completed high school in 1999 and immediately showed his potential by earning a certificate in IT Maintenance while still in school. Troy began his work life in aviation engineering before completing a traineeship in office equipment in 2000. His career took him through various technical roles, from a printer photocopier repair technician to a business technical analyst at DHL, showcasing his adaptability and thirst for knowledge.
The desire to build something of his own, a venture where he could work alongside his son and achieve a better work-life balance, steered Troy towards personal business ownership. His quest for a business that matched his values and lifestyle aspirations led him to James Home Services. Here, he found the right blend of support and autonomy that he was seeking.
Troy is driven by a pursuit of excellence and self-improvement. He enjoys finding new opportunities to test his limits and deliver high-level service. Outside of his professional life, Troy enjoys fishing, surfing, cars, and sports, passions that keep him invigorated and ready to face new challenges.
