“We fell in love with Cairns while on holidays and when we returned to Melbourne we thought ‘why not choose a life that we want in a tropical paradise?’ so that’s what we did. People told us we couldn’t do it because our whole life was in Melbourne and we had solid jobs in the corporate world, but we didn’t let that stop us; it’s the best thing we’ve ever done!”
