Our Sunshine Coast team of James Home Services professionals is growing, and we’re excited to welcome Victor and Nicola, owners of James Home Services Lawn & Garden Care – Caboolture to the family!
A carpenter by trade, Victor’s previous work saw him travelling from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast daily and anywhere in between. His travel times were up to 4 hours per day, leaving him exhausted and with no energy for the 6 kids that he and wife Nicola share together.
Nicola, who herself works in a James Home Services Interior Cleaning franchise, saw firsthand the benefits and lifestyle rewards that owning a James franchise offered. So with commitment, dedication and hard work in mind, they decided to take the chance and start their own new exciting venture of Lawn and Garden Care in their area of Caboolture.
“I can already see the difference in Victor” Nicola says. “We now have the opportunity to increase our income and be rewarded fairly for the hours we work, and have more control over our time”.

Victor and Nicola offer professional Lawn & Garden Care services including lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weeding, spraying, gardening, whipper snipping and general garden tidy ups including green waste removal. Coming from a large acreage block themselves, they are already well experienced in all lawn and garden care tasks and paired with the business and on-the-job training James Home Services provides, Victor and Nicola are keen to start delivering great service to clients throughout the Caboolture and surrounding areas.
