Meet Sam! It’s hard to describe Sam’s role in a few quick words… because her role really is best summed up by ‘absolutely anything and everything creative, graphic design, web design and development, SEO, social media management, branding, marketing and just all round, anything else we throw her way’.

Sam is the creative mind behind everything visual about James Home Services. Our branding… Sam. Our incredible creatives… Sam. Our videos… Sam. Our advertising… Sam. Our brochures, flyers, stationary and business cards… Sam. So many of the elements of our website… Sam.

You get the gist. Sam is our design wonder-woman.

Sam has been working with the James Head Office team for over 2 years now. In that time, not only has she completely overhauled our entire networks’ brand, but she’s also welcomed a child and continued the juggle of motherhood and work.

Our team all work remotely and take the notion of ‘flexible working hours’ very literally! Which has meant that we get the benefit of someone like Sam who works for us, when it works for her.

Sam pours an incredible amount of time into ensuring that our franchisees’ businesses look as professional as possible in the marketplace through our branding and advertising. She designs custom graphics to share on Facebook and Google Business, as well as blog posts for the website and their own individual page on our website showcasing their business. She’s also a wizz at custom requests… things like vouchers, or bespoke advertising… if our franchisees need something to help them promote their business, Sam makes it happen!

Sam brings the best energy to our Head Office team, always positive, always can-do and always solutions focused! We just couldn’t live without her! She has been absolutely pivotal to the transformation of our business over the past few years.
