June 2020 signalled a change of ownership for James Home Services Australia… and the next chapter in the brands history.
In its 28 year history, this is only the second ownership change for the business.
New owners Justin Kelly & Darren Halpin, are excited by the opportunity James gives to ordinary Australians to achieve financial security through business ownership.
Justin has been an existing Regional Franchisor with the network for over a decade and Darren is an accountant and business leader who has built a career on helping others to achieve financial security. Both are from Far North Queensland, where the network has a strong presence.
Their commitment to reinvestment in the network has been evident in the first 12 months of their leadership. A focus on developing and delivering valuable tools and resources for franchisees to help them navigate marketing, business management, branding, Workplace Health & Safety, Employment Law, relationships with customers and NDIS registration to name a few has been at the forefront of the new owners’ strategy.
Continuous improvement is ongoing, but the business is now ready for steady growth across the East Coast to service the demand for services being experienced by the network.
